HR Persona…!
Firstly, I want to tell the meaning of “Persona” it is the role that one assumes or displays in public or society… by using this Latin word the ‘Personality’ word had come into existence.
And this blog is made with the intention of providing knowledge about the Human resource Management in short HR. In this blog, I am trying to include all the required elements, which are very much important for a HR Manager. So by directly or indirectly this blog can help to build a personality of HR Manager i.e. only HR Persona…!
